Small
Corten vineyard trellis post “Small” model
Compact corten vine post “SMALL” for low-height vineyards
The “SMALL” corten vine post is the most compact line post in the Sika corten range. Its 51 x 33 mm multi-rib profile, in 1.8 mm weathering steel, offers solid mechanical strength in a slim section. For this reason, it suits low-height vineyards, such as French-style trellis systems.
Corten needs no coating. Instead, it forms a natural patina that protects the steel and regenerates after every scratch. As a result, the post needs no maintenance, and its rust-brown colour keeps the row discreet in the landscape. Moreover, at equal profile, corten costs on average 20% less than galvanised steel.
The standard U-slot lets you hook and release wires quickly during seasonal work. On request, you can also choose anti-slip N-slots for sloped vineyards. For heavier canopies or windy sites, however, choose the corten MEDIUM. Discover the full range of corten steel posts and vine posts.
