The corten tubular vineyard post “Orbit” is the Sika Orbit technical solution built for everyday work in the vineyard. Unlike traditional C-profiles, this tubular vineyard post has a closed 61 × 50 mm section, high-frequency welded (material fusion), delivering superior torsional strength and +55% greater stability.
Made from weathering steel (Corten S355J2W, EN 10204 certified), this corten steel vineyard post develops a natural protective patina over time and blends visually into the vineyard, with no maintenance required.
With no sharp edges and uniform perimeter ribbing, the Sika Orbit vineyard post is safe to handle and quick to install. The slots are roll-formed directly in the H+N+H layout, leaving the post ready to use with no further processing. Also available in hot-dip galvanised steel.

As simple as an external hook, as secure as an internal one. The slots don’t get crushed under mechanised operations, for maximum convenience and installation speed. The end support works with drip lines and movable wire pairs. End punching is positioned about 50 cm from the ground, in an “H”, usable for a resting wire or an irrigation pipe, adding to the post’s versatility across different trellis configurations.
